Acropolis Studios offers short-run production milling services using our five, in-house, precision milling machines. Whether you require a small production run, prototype run to test a production concept or a limited production sales sample line in advance of full production, we can fulfill your limited run production needs.
Our precision milling machines feature .0005-inch repeatability and utilize cutting tools with tips as fine as .002 inches for highly-detailed, precision cutting. The maximum working envelope for our CNC rotary millings is 21x 5-½ inches and our maximum 3-axis milling envelope is 13-¾ x 17-¼ inches.
Acropolis Studios also offers lost wax casting services of milled waxed components to assist customers in fulfilling their short-run production needs.
